With over 30 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, my approach is grounded in knowledge, results and genuine care.

My journey began with massage therapy, where I developed a deep understanding of the body and its ability to heal, restore and transform. Over the years, this passion expanded into owning and operating a successful medical spa for 15 years - an experience that was incredibly rewarding and recognised with the honour of Best Clinic in New Zealand.

I've also spent seven years working alongside physiotherapists, further strengthening my understanding of pain management, rehabilitation and functional movement. As a qualified yoga teacher and former fitness studio owner of seven years, I bring a holistic perspective that blends strength, mobility and overall wellbeing into every treatment I offer.
